CRM & system integration

Your website, WhatsApp and CRM finally speak the same language

Every inquiry lands automatically as a lead in your system, clients track their own case, and documents file themselves with nobody copying by hand. Integrations that save hours every week.

If someone in your office copies details from email to Excel, from a form to the CRM, or from WhatsApp to the calendar, that is work a computer should do. I connect the systems so the data flows on its own.

I connect websites, forms, WhatsApp and email to the systems you already use: office CRMs, Monday, Google Sheets, calendars, invoicing tools. Where there is no system, I build a simple client portal that does the job. See it live on the homepage.

Integrations I build

Form → CRMEvery inquiry from the site opens as a new lead in your system, with all details, no copying.
Real-time alertsNew lead = WhatsApp or email to you, immediately. No inquiry gets missed.
Client portalA private area where the client sees status, uploads documents and signs digitally.
AI document intakeInvoices, certificates and scanned forms: the system reads, extracts the data and files it.
Google Sheets syncA sheet that updates itself from forms, the bot or the CRM, and back.
Automatic client emailsReceipt confirmation, quote, reminder, based on what happened in the system.
Calendar and bookingsA booking on the site or in the bot goes straight into the calendar, with a reminder to the client.
Automatic reportsA weekly summary of inquiries, statuses and revenue, sent to you on its own.

A real example: a mortgage advisory office

For Mortgage & Finance House I built a site where every inquiry enters the office CRM automatically as a lead, and the client gets a portal: they see the case status, upload documents and sign digitally. The advisor copies nothing by hand, and the client never calls to ask "what is happening with my file".

How it works

  1. Mapping. We go over the process (on a call): where inquiries come from, where they need to go, who needs to know and when.
  2. Connecting. I build the integrations, usually with tools like Make, n8n or direct code against your system's API.
  3. Testing together. We send real inquiries and check everything arrives correctly. We fix until it is perfect.
  4. Monitoring. The system alerts me if something breaks (a third-party change, for example), and I handle it.

Systems I have worked with

Monday, Google Sheets and Google Workspace, Airtable, Supabase, Notion, office CRMs, Zapier / Make / n8n, WhatsApp API, Israeli invoicing systems. If your system is not listed and has an API, it can probably be connected.

What it costs

A single integration (say, form to CRM with an alert) is a small project of a few hundred to a few thousand shekels. A client portal or document intake system is a larger project, priced by scope. As always, the price is fixed up front. Detailed guide: how to connect a website form to a CRM.

Questions about integrations

I do not have a CRM. What then?

For most small businesses a well-structured Google Sheet or Airtable is an excellent starter CRM, for free. I build the structure and connect everything to it. When you grow, we migrate.

Can you connect an old system without an API?

Sometimes. There are solutions like automatic exports, email-to-table or browser automation. I check what is possible on the intro call.

What happens if something breaks?

The integrations are monitored. If a third-party system changes and something stops working, I get an alert and fix it, usually before you notice.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes. Integrations run over encrypted connections, access keys are stored securely, and I do not keep your customer data.

How long does it take?

A simple integration: a few days. A client portal or document system: two weeks to a month.

Can I start small?

Recommended, even. Start with the integration that saves the most time, see it work, then add more.
