Who we are
wexlersystems.com is operated by Wexler Systems, Jerusalem, Israel. For any privacy question: WhatsApp or email officewexlersystems@gmail.com.
What is collected
Contact form. When you fill in the form, your name, phone, type of business, type of request and the free-text field are stored. The data is emailed to me and kept in the hosting provider's form system (Netlify) so I can reply. The legal basis is your request that I get back to you.
The fit check (4 questions). Your answers stay in your browser only and are not sent anywhere, unless you tap the WhatsApp button, in which case the recommendation is sent as a message from you to me.
WhatsApp. Tapping a WhatsApp button opens a chat in your own app. The conversation itself is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Cookie-free analytics. The site uses GoatCounter, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you personally (no full IP address, no cross-site tracking).
Google Analytics (only with consent). If you accept in the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics, which stores cookies in your browser to measure visits: where you came from, which pages you viewed and for how long, your device type and region. IP addresses are shortened, and the data is used only to improve the site, not for advertising. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Google processes the data under its privacy policy.
Accessibility settings. If you change settings in the accessibility menu, the choice is saved in your browser's localStorage only.
Fonts. Fonts are hosted on the site's own server, so loading them sends no information to a third party.
What is not collected
No advertising cookies. No Facebook pixels. No sale or transfer of data to third parties for advertising.
How long data is kept
Form inquiries are kept as long as they are relevant to handling, and no longer than two years. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law and, where it applies, the GDPR: you may ask to see the data held about you, correct it or delete it. Message me on WhatsApp or email and I will handle it within 14 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only (full encryption between browser and server). Forms are stored with Netlify, which maintains standard security certifications (SOC 2).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
